Air Conditioning

Driving without air conditioning can be practically unbearable in the summer, especially if you’re stuck in traffic. Somewhat strangely, your AC actually degrades more from disuse than from use. The rubber tubing and seals that make up a lot of your aircon will dry up and crack if not used, allowing the refrigerant gas to leak out and rob your air conditioning of its cooling power.

Here at C.A.R. Mechanical we can fully repair your air conditioning, starting by swapping out any faulty condensers, compressors and valves, then replacing any cracked tubing and seals, and finally deodorising and re-gassing your AC with refrigerant once we’re certain it’s airtight.
